Return Policy
At Reyine, we prioritize your satisfaction with our products. We strive to make the return process easy and friendly.
Return Period:
You have 07 days from the date of receiving the product to initiate a return.
We offer free shipping for all returns and repairs within 7 days of purchase, beyond that the shipping charge of Rs 500 shall be charged.
Refund Process:
As soon as we receive your request we will initiate the process from our end and our logistics partner will get in touch with you and collect the product at your convenience.
Please ensure the product is prepared and properly packed. Our logistics partner will pick it up from your doorstep, securely pack and seal it, and then transport it to our warehouse.
The refund will be processed only once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our QA department. If the product passes QA, you can expect a full refund within 15 days. And if the order needs to be returned post 7 days, shipping charges of Rs 500 shall be deducted towards refund. The tax amount as applicable shall be deducted.
Conditions for Return:
Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned product in its original, unused condition, along with its packaging, tags, and invoice.Â
The refund will be credited to your account through the same payment method or via cheque if the original card is no longer in use.
For online payments, refunds will be issued within 7-15 working days after receiving the returned product at Reyine's warehouse
How to Initiate a Refund?
1. Contact Reyine customer support at +91-7021078910 or email at support@reyine.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Wait for a confirmation email from Reyine before returning the product.
3. Make sure the product is in its original condition, unaltered and unused.
4. Jewellery must show no signs of wear
5. Engraved or customized products are not eligible for return.
6. Include the invoice or guarantee card with the return package. Returns without these documents will not be processed.
Proof of Purchase:
All returns must include a copy of your proof of purchase.
Recertification:
If the original certificate cannot be provided, the customer must bear the shipping and certification costs for recertification.
Lost/Stolen Items:
Once declared 'Delivered/Received' by the courier service, Reyine is not liable for lost or stolen items. Items altered by another jeweler are ineligible for return.
Return Rejection:
Reyine reserves the right to reject returns from customers with frequent returns (more than 2 occasions in a financial year).
